Double Bass Workshop

We have a new Shen SB200 3/4 willow bass.  Spruce top with willow used for the sides and back.  Nice fittings include a Despiau bridge and Ullsperger endpin. 41 1/2" string length.

The back is flat and incorporates an X brace design.  Search the web for numerous descriptions and discussions of this popular bass.   The size is easy to handle for smaller players and the sloped shoulders allow access to the upper register.  Well suited for either jazz or classical playing.
